an empty view

the first walk through was better than expected. i had a feel for the space, yet it was much more open than i anticipated with all the wedding dresses gone.

the rooms seemed bigger and brighter. there's a nice direct view from the back of the shop to the front now. we taped brown paper on the front windows during our remodel, but once complete we will be able to see the street from the back counter area.

i didn't remember there being so many nice big windows. the natural light will be a welcome addition in this area, which will feature sarah's "sew"cial lounge.

this room will contain a sewing machine or two for stitch instruction and table rental.

the little kitchen will soon be getting a facelift. this is really the only area that will see significant change.
